Forever Swim Week is not a content creator and is not responsible for the creation, editing, or retouching of content. Participants are solely responsible for maintaining communication with the individuals they collaborate with in order to obtain the content produced.

Forever Swim Week does not own, distribute, license, or sell any content created during the event. Our role is limited to coordinating accommodations and securing the locations where content is produced.

GENERAL FAQ

TRAVEL

• Is my flight included? Flights are not included but there are many direct flight options available. We recommend SkyScanner or Google Flights for finding the best deal.

• Do I need a passport? If you are traveling outside your home country or to a country where you do not have residency, you will need a passport. Make sure your passport has more than 6 months on it before it expires on the date of travel. Bring 2 forms of ID, ie: passport and driver’s license.

• How do I know if I need a visa? Each country has its own visa requirements based on the country’s relationship with the country of your passport. Visit the Travel 411 for your destination’s for details on each country.

• How do we get in contact with the team/group? Visit the Travel 411 for specific details.

• How will I get from the airport to the resort/villa?

  SATELLITE EVENTS: Airport transfer varies for each satellite event. Visit the Travel 411 for that event for specific transfer details.

  JAMAICA: There is one shuttle company that provides transfers to and from airport called Sun Holiday Tour. Check out our Jamaica Travel 411 page for details.

• How do I pack for this? Please check out the Travel 411 page for the event you booked for details. Details concerning: Wardrobe, Footwear, Personal Hygiene, Makeup, Equipment, adapters and number of recommended bag(s), etc. will be included.

• Will I need extra cash? It never hurts to travel with some extra cash but you will not need to pay for food, drinks or amenities. Off-resort or off-location excursions will be offered at additional fees. Please check your Event’s Schedule for details.

THE EVENT

• Will I be able to choose who I shoot with? You will have the opportunity to meet all attendees at our initial orientation which is a great opportunity to make introductions and plan shoots with anyone who agrees to shoot with you. You are never forced to shoot with anyone who you would prefer not to shoot with.

• What if nobody shows interest in shooting with me? Don't worry, the Paradise Challenge Staff will always be there to help you make introductions. We also have our Staff Photographers and Models available to make sure that nobody is left out.

• What happens if it rains? International locations are subject to extreme weather potential but this is always researched in advance by our coordination team.

• Will I be allowed to leave the resort/villa? Yes, you may leave the property at your own risk of liability.

• Do I have to participate in all of the events? You are never forced to participate but we highly encourage participation to experience the full potential of the trip.

BOOKING

• Is there a refund or cancellation policy? We do not offer refunds but we do offer credit for future trips, within a 12 month period, if you have to cancel.

• What if I need to switch my reservation details? Please contact our admin team for a prompt reply.
